Fittings for Disney

Hello GHR families –

Our Disney trip is right around the corner and we are busy getting the kids’ uniforms ready for their parade down Main Street!

There will be a fitting on Wednesday, March 1st, beginning at 3:00, in the band room.

If you are sure your student has not grown since December (or whenever they last wore their uniform) and will not need alterations to their uniform, then they do not need to attend.

If your child has had a growth spurt (or has lost weight) and you think their uniform needs alterations, or if you are uncertain, please make sure they attend the fitting!

All percussion are asked to attend. The schedule is as follows:
3:00 – Seniors and Juniors
3:45 – Sophomores
4:30 – Freshmen

Students – Wear your show shirt, shorts, and marching shoes. Please bring your patience! We hope to move things along quickly, but be prepared to wait.

Parents – If you are attending with your student please wait in the cafeteria.

Also, if your student does not have a pair of gloves to wear in Disney please email me by Monday, February 27th.

Feel free to email me with any questions/concerns. Thank you –

Linda Melfi
